Check in: by appointment. Our day is planned around check-ins. Please let us know when you expect to arrive (and call if you're running late) so we can be sure to be here to meet you.
Check-out: at or before 11 a.m. Late check-outs may be arranged if reservations allow. However, check-outs after 1 p.m. will be subject to an additional night’s charge.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks. We'll collect your balance when you check in.
Extra person: $25 each. Children 10 and under at no additional charge.
Smoking/Candles: Designated smoking areas are available. Please, no smoking or candles in guest rooms or common areas due to fire regulations, as well as consideration of other guests’ health and allergies. Smoking or candles in non-smoking areas may incur extra cleaning fees.
Children: We love children, and our twin sons (age 4-1/2) will be happy to welcome yours! Let us know the ages of your children when making your reservation and we will make every effort to accommodate them and you in comfort. Please be considerate of other guests and help your children to behave appropriately in a bed and breakfast environment. Also, please do not leave your children unsupervised at any time.
Pets: College House Bed and Breakfast is a pet-free environment. If you have allergies, rest assured there is no dander in any of our guest rooms or common areas. If you are traveling with a pet, we regret that we will not be able to accommodate your pet in the house. If you have a crate and/or other traveling facilities, please speak to us about the possibility of using our detached garage as temporary housing for your pet(s).
Rates: are per night, double occupancy, and include delicious cooked-from-scratch breakfast each morning. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include Ohio food and lodging taxes.
Holiday and Special Event Weekends: may have no discounts available and may require minimum stays.
Reservations: may be confirmed with a one night deposit. We will refund your deposit if you cancel at least seven days in advance of your scheduled arrival. If you need to cancel, please call us. No shows will be charged for their entire scheduled stay. No refunds for early departures.
Entire House Reservations (renting either 3 or 4 rooms): require a 50% deposit. Cancellations of entire house rentals must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date and will incur a $50 processing charge. The reservation must be paid in full and is non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.
